In line with our commitment to creating a green environment and improving energy efficiency while reducing pollution emissions, our subsidiary, Dongguan Shatin Lake Side Textiles Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. ("Shatin Lake Side"), has undertaken a project to installation of elevated photovoltaic solar panels on approximately 2,900 square meters of rooftops in the dormitory area. The project aimed at increasing solar power supply and reducing reliance on traditional fuel sources, thus effectively implementing emission and waste reduction measures.

Upon the completion of this project, the dormitory area and the integrated building of Shatin Lake Side will transition from conventional electricity to green energy, resulting in an estimated annual saving of 115 to 162 tons of standard coal and a reduction of 391 to 551 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions.

This initiative not only enhances the Company's energy efficiency but also demonstrates our dedication to creating a sustainable and eco-friendly environment. The Company remains committed to exploring innovative approaches and adopting renewable energy sources to contribute to a greener future.
