The Company’s principal activities in the Production Sites include fabric knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, garment manufacturing, heat generation, and electricity generation. These processes consume a significant amount of water resources and generate wastewater. To avoid any adverse environmental impact, the Company adhere to a rigorous wastewater treatment process, closely monitor various parameters of the treated wastewater until they meet the required standards before it is discharged into the environment or sewage system.

In line with our commitment to environmental responsibility, Yancheng Fuhui Textile Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, underwent expansion and renovation of its wastewater treatment facilities. This includes the addition of an anaerobic-aerobic tank, a secondary physicochemical sedimentation tank, an ozone catalytic oxidation tank, and a high-efficiency sedimentation tank. The implementation of a new ozone catalytic oxidation technology will effectively remove organic pollutants from the wastewater. Following the completion of the wastewater treatment facility expansion, we have observed a 30% reduction in chemical oxygen demand (COD) emissions and an 80% reduction in ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) emissions. This significant improvement in wastewater treatment ensures a cleaner and more environmentally friendly operation, reducing our impact on the environment.
