Fountain Set Group is actively engaged in the community and supports social groups and fulfills Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) recommended best practices. In late April, the Hong Kong office have resumed staff wellness activities after the outbreak of fifth wave of epidemic. During 2nd quarter of 2022, the Group, as a pioneer in promoting a culture of wellness in the workplace, has cooperated with Char Yoga & Wellness Limited (which was a self-sustaining social enterprise located near the headquarters office, devoted to promote a well balance of physical, spiritual and mental health of individual especially cancer survivors) to organize and initiate wellness activities, including “Lunch-time and After-work Group Yoga Class”, and “Himalayan Singing Bowl Stress-Release Sound Therapy group class”, which guided our staff on a body-stretching journey to relax their mind and body.

These activities held were helping colleagues to relax under a happy environment, activities can increase the number of exchanges between colleagues, enhance cohesion among colleagues, and improve work efficiency. Besides, the workshop can encourage the colleagues to develop healthy habits every day and live a healthy life. At the same time, the Group helped giving back to the society by supporting and assisting social enterprises.

Colleagues enthusiastically attended and the atmosphere of the events was good, and the feedback from the participants was positive.
